PERSONAL TRAINING

My one-to-one Personal Training sessions can be done either at your home / garden or in a local park. After an initial free-of -charge consultation and assessment to work out any postural issues or muscle imbalances I create a tailored programme to suit your needs and your schedule. As well as the one-to-one sessions, my clients receive free access to all of my group classes and I also provide home workouts if you are are limited on time or more comfortable exercising at home.

I am trained in postnatal fitness so can create safe, progressive programmes for newly postnatal mums - babies are welcome to attend sessions if they are still in buggies or we train from your home.

I also create programs for women looking to take their training to the next level with a mix of strengthening and cardio exercises depending on your fitness goals.

Private group PT sessions are also available, contact me to discuss group sizes and needs.

For those unable to meet face to face I offer online training sessions which include; weekly at home training plans, a new session plan every week, exercise demos, daily / weekly check ins and healthy eating advice.
