Buggyfit CLASSES

“Having started Buggyfit from 6 weeks post pregnancy, Lauren has been great at modifying and adapting exercises as I’ve progressed through my post-natal journey but also when, inevitably, my daughter is having a grizzly day and only wants to be held or needs some time out of the buggy, Lauren was always flexible. These classes have been such a great way to meet other mums, be outdoors and gradually get my fitness back. I enjoyed these classes the most each week during my maternity leave, no matter what the weather. Thank you Lauren!” Stephanie

“After having my son, I tried several postnatal fitness classes. Lauren's is certainly the best. She tailors the routine to where you are postnatally and gives impact options for you to choose based on how your body feels after giving birth. The class is always a proper workout, and I feel the burn for several days after! I really enjoy going.” Emily

“I’ve loved Buggyfit, it’s been a great way to get out in the fresh air, meet other mums and have some baby friendly time to focus on yourself. Lauren is really friendly, encouraging and runs a tough but brilliant workout.” Elspeth

“The classes are a great mix between being challenging and being enjoyable; I would recommend them to anyone looking to get back to exercising after giving birth.” Nicky

“Your classes managed to keep me sane, at least on a Wednesday, through this very trying time. Having a new baby through all this has added another dimension of stress and it is so important that classes like yours are available to new parents.” Charlotte

“Your classes have been such a lifesaver in these difficult times. It has been great having a reason to get out and about early on with Ronan, as it is easy for your confidence to go down and to think it is easier to stay at home. It's been really uplifting to be outside amongst the trees, to be exercising and to be around other mums.” Jennifer
